How can I change the submission email?

    When my client submitted their form from the link I gave them to fill it out, it came back on my end to say "I have read and understand the terms of this portrait contract with Ivy B Photography", but when I open the submissions here on your site it says "I have read and understand the terms of this portrait contract with Bonnie Iris Photography". I'm not sure what's going on but I want to make sure it says Ivy B Photography and not Bonnie Iris Photography. Help?

    In your email notification it shows different because it is a plane you have put: 

    The real text in the field is another, you may change it by going into the edit mode of your form, and double clicking on the field:

    And if you want that field to appear in your notification instead of the plane text, simply delete your notification and create a new one after you change the text in the field: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
