    Hi,

I have a conflict between Orbit Slider and Jotform. I have tried to remove the "2", the noscript function, put the script in the header... nothing is working.

    Any clue?

Can you please provide the website URL where we can see the form? It is ten times easier to troubleshoot the problem if we can see it on our browser.

    Thanks!

I had to hide it because my website has clients and if the sliders don't work, I loose clients. In the end, I have put a tab with css and embed the code inside a lightbox, put this rise my pageviews like crazy... (every pageview in my website is a jotform view)

    Here is the URLs: http://www.spaces-on.com/

    Thanks!

If I understood you correctly, you have resolved your issue by embedding your form with lightbox.

If there was a script conflict between our webpage scripts and JotForm scripts, then you can try to embed your form with iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hi,

No, I have created the lightbox in my website and embed it throught javascript.

Thanks for the link, that is what i have done, but i still have the problem that any view of any page of my website result in a jotform view and so I would have to have the maximum account...

Please let me know if you have any solution, because I really like jotform and don't want to use other solution...

    Thanks

You are right. I have checked and and every time your page is opened form view is counted. Unfortunately this is how form view counter works.

Possible workaround would be to add one additional page and embed your form there instead or you can add link of your form to your page that will open form in separate tab on click.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

    Ok,

I have tried this and it is not OK since menu is showing and everything...

Is it possible to do an exception and quit limit on pageviews? because it is giving me conflicts everywhere...

    Thanks!

Additionally, if I create a page with form, it will be the same no?

I see that you are already using a lightbox plugin and embedded your form there. I presume that the conflict issue is now resolved? I don't see any conflict or unusual behavior in your form as well as the orbit slider in your page.

Anyway, if it has raised another issue, we can open split it into a separate thread to avoid confusions. However, right now, I couldn't replicate the main issue. With regards to the form view, there doesn't seem to have any problem with the form on the lightbox. It only counts whenever the lightbox is opened.

Please let us know the current issue so we can split it into a separate thread.

    Thank you!

    Hi Elton,

I have done a workaround using the lightbox provided by Foundation, but as stated above, each view of each page of my website results in a jotform impression, and so I will be quickly on the limit for my current plan (19$)

I would prefer to use the feedback form you have, to be able to count real impressions of the form.

    Please let me know,

    Thanks

    @mariarus

Since this doesn't relate to the main issue on this thread, I have moved it to a separate thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/790549. We'll be on this thread shortly.
