Consent Form details shown on the form are not showing up with submitted data

I have digitized a Consent Form for our counseling ministry, and used the digital signature. There are a few paragraphs of legalese that you are agreeing with.

When the completed form comes through tho, you only see the fields that have "answers" and the legalese does not print out. Is there a way to get all of that info to print out as well?

To show the text of the form in the Submissions Panel and PDFs that you download or attach to emails, you would need to have the option that shows images and text checked.

You can see more about it here: How to show headers or text for contracts/terms/agreements in the PDF format of a submission

This will not change however how the Inbox (on your screenshot) shows the data, but will change - as mentioned above, the following:

    1. Get PDF PDFs will show Text as well
    2. PDFs attached to the emails will show text as well
    3. Submissions Panel will show the text as well

If you wish the same to be included in the email itself, you can always copy the text over into the email and have it work like that as well.
