    Dear sir,

We have a site where our clients can register his kids with a form. When they fill the form and submit it, they don't receive any confirmation in their email.

I would like, when a person submit a registration form, this person receives in his email a pdf document, whith the data than he has written in the form. How can I do that?

    Thank you.

    Hello Jan,

With which form you are having this issue with?

I did check all the three forms you have in your account and found that non of them have any form autoresponder. Please be noted that if you want to send submission emails to the user who submitted your form, you will have to add "Form Autoresponder" email alert in your form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

If you also want to send a PDF file as well, you will have to add {pdf-link} tag in the autoresponder email body. This will send a click able link to user and will download the PDF file. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.
