Question on Google Spreadsheet Integration

I would like to create some formulas in the Google Spreadsheet. It seems that if I create them, and then a new submission is made, that it overwrites any changes I've made to spreadsheet.

I'd like to hide some columns (like the IP address), resize some others, and do some formulas. Is there a way to do this without your spreadsheet over-riding my customizations every time the form is filled out?

I have integrated on of my forms with Google Spreadsheet and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Changes that I made on spreadsheet, like hide/delete column, were not overridden when new submission came through.

Can you please try to re-integrate Google Spreadsheet, to see if that will resolve your issue.

    1. Removed the integration in your form.

    2. Clear the Form cache.

    3. Log out from JotForm.

    4. Log in to JotForm.

    5. Reintegrate the Google Spreadsheet.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
