    I have a form that is not forwarding the submission of the form to two of our recipients?

    My Form is:  evolve Federal Credit Union Loan Turn Over Form 2

     

     
    Here is the list of emails receiving the form response:  

    johnny@deliveriesondemand.com,
    jeni@deliveriesondemand.com,
    heather@deliveriesondemand.com,
    evolve@deliveriesondemand.com,
    kaley.humphrey@deliveriesondemand.com

     

    As you can see there are two people not on the list:  the email addresses are as follows:

    mvenzor@evolvefcu.org

    alozoya@evolvefcu.org

     

    Can you determine if the email addresses are kicking back when the form tries to send the response?  It appears it may have something to do with their company wide emial evolvefcu.org.

    Hi, 

    Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you. Your forms email recipients were in our bounce list. 

    I removed them so everything should be working correctly now.

    mvenzor@evolvefcu.org

    Result: mvenzor@evolvefcu.org is IN the bounce list  

     

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Service unavailable; Client host [a9-136.smtp-out.amazonses.com] blocked by dnsbl.sorbs.net; 54.240.9.136

    alozoya@evolvefcu.org

    Result: alozoya@evolvefcu.org  is IN the bounce list   Reason(s) : smtp; 550 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Communication interrupted>

    You might consider taking a look at this article on how to prevent emails not being received to better understand why this happened to you.
