I have a form that is not forwarding the submission of the form to two of our recipients?Asked by deemax on March 02, 2016 at 12:26 PM
My Form is: evolve Federal Credit Union Loan Turn Over Form 2Here is the list of emails that should be receiving the form: / firstname.lastname@example.org;email@example.com;firstname.lastname@example.org;email@example.com;firstname.lastname@example.org;email@example.com ;firstname.lastname@example.org;email@example.comHere is the list of emails receiving the form response:
As you can see there are two people not on the list: the email addresses are as follows:
Can you determine if the email addresses are kicking back when the form tries to send the response? It appears it may have something to do with their company wide emial evolvefcu.org.

Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you. Your forms email recipients were in our bounce list.
I removed them so everything should be working correctly now.
Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list Reason(s) : smtp; 550 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Communication interrupted>
