When I receive the email notice that a form has been supported it shows the person's name in the from field and I would like the forms name. So if Donald trump filled out my business portrait order form I would receive that email from Donald trump, I want it to say Business Portrait order. Is there a way to make that happen.

Yes, the form can be set to use something else as the Sender Name. However, it can only take a value from an existing form field on your form.
What I would recommend is that you add a new Text Box field to your form, and set its default value to your desired name of the form:
You can make this field hidden, so that it does not confuse your users:
Finally, you can edit the notification by going to Emails > Edit:
Click on Reply to and recipient Settings, and then simply select the new field as the Sender Name of your email notification:
Let us know if you run into any issues while setting it up, and we will be happy to help.
