Clients are unable to add text into the required fields to complete their contract. Is there something I can do to correct this?

I'm not sure if I understand your question properly. You mean to say that users are unable to fill the required fields? If yes, I can't seem to reproduce the problem. Your form is working normally just fine as expected. I can fill all the fields in it.
If this isn't what you mean, would you mind elaborating the issue further?
