Is there any way I can add multiple values in a single conditional logic entry?

I want to use a form as a gateway to direct users to different other forms depending on their inputs. Therefore, I am using these values as access keys, which follow certain patterns. I would like to be able to input all these values into a single conditional logic entry versus having to input them individually. is there a way to do it? Is there a certain entry format I would need to use? Thanks!

I cloned your form to see the conditions that you setup. To add multiple values in a condition, simply click the plus button in the Conditions wizard. In the example below, I have two values in the condition: ChiefAdvisor0 and ChiefAdvisor1. Then I selected "If Any of the rules matched".

    This condition translates to:

If Textbox Field (id5) is equal to ChiefAdvisor0 OR is equal to ChiefAdvisor1, then redirect URL after submission to http://www.jotform.com/thankyou.html.

Here's a link to the cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60622125537955

You can see the condition that I have setup in the clone by cloning the form to your account. To do so, simply follow this guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
