Hi,
Can you help me with that please.
The url to the web page is on a hidden page on my site so i have to unhide the page to get the link and then hide it again etc.
I dont have time for that right now as in a rush so maybe you can help me without it? If not i'll come back with it thanks!

I believe this is the form you're working with (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52633575920357) right?
I cloned the form and did a test submission. I only received 1 email notification.
I also did a test submission directly on your form and based on the mail logs, only 1 notification was sent. It is possible that your users send it 2-3 times.
Also, I checked the email notification settings in your form and I saw that the "Sender Name" is blank. Please choose JotForm or any option, just don't leave it blank. If it is blank, there's a higher chance that your email address will be included in the bounce list. Please check this guide: How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Yes that is the correct form. I'll look at the sender name and add one. I am still receiving 3 forms all being sent at the exact same time when a form is submitted. Funny thing is that I did only receive one when you sent the test!
Any other ideas as to why that might be the case?

I checked the email log for your email address and see that sometimes are two emails are being sent, seems like it is not always, I could see only some emails that were sent duplicated.
Please, follow the advice provided by my colleague above, and if possible, try deleting the email notification and then add it once again.
Do let us know how it goes.
