    Hi Jennifer,

If you are pointing the submission of the form called "World Languages Observation Feedback Form", there are 183 of them and didn't encounter any issue while monitoring them. To monitor your submissions, you need to enter "Submissions".

Please, follow the steps to do the same action:

However, if this not the case you are mentioning, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

I did got to submissions and the one I had been working on was not there—only the one I started after all of my data seemed to be lost. This is not the first time that this has happened, but it is the worst instance. Please tell me that my information is floating somewhere so I can retrieve it!

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your issue.

I can understand that you were filling the form and you suddenly lost your data, if this is the case, then I think that there was not a submissions this is why you can not find it.

If the issue occurred when you was filling the form, these guides will help you to avoid losing your data:

If you were editing an existing submission, then provide us some details of the submission, so we will take a look to your current submissions and will try to find it.
