If there is a sub user in the account, can they receive email notifications of a new form entry? We tested it this morning and only the main user received a notification email with the responses in it.Page URL:

Please be noted that submission emails are sent to the email address which you have configured in your form. You can configure any email address and has nothing to do with your account or sub user account.
