Paging Back and Keeping Data

I have PayPal integrated into my form.  A user fills out the form, hits submit and is taken to the PayPal page.  If they realize they entered some data incorrectly and want to page back to the form page, is there a way to keep the data they entered and have it populated automatically?

When I tried this I was given a blank form and had to reenter all of the fields.

Wondered if there was a setting somewhere that I could set to allow filled in data to be re-displayed?

You can enable Auto Fill feature inside of your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to enable Auto Fill feature: http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

On my test form I was able to see previously entered data when returned on my form from Paypal page, by clicking on browser back button.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the info.  This auto fill feature was already enabled.

I'm still having the issue when I fill in the form, hit submit and end up on the Paypal page.  When I click the browser back button the form is displayed with empty fields.

Here is the page my form is on.

I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I tested your embedded form. When I clicked the browser back button on Paypal page, the form is displayed with empty fields.

However when I tested your standalone form http://www.jotform.us/form/60605641252145 I was able to see entered data, when I clicked the browser back button on Paypal page.

I have inspected your webpage and I was that you have embedded your form with script code. You can try to replace script code with iFrame code, to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
