If a form has been created with e-mail notifications and is saved, if you add or remove a field, the new field does not show up in the existing e-mails. Is there a way to make the new fields show in the e-mails without deleting and re-creating the e-mails?
I added a new field below the {relationshopTo9} field on the Pharmacy White Coat Donation Form (url below).
The label of the new field is "If Parent selected, enter name of student:", and shows in the list of fields. However, in the response e-mail, the text is not actually updated with the information from the new field.
I have noticed this on other forms, and this is also true if you modify or remove a field.

This field {relationshopTo9} is shown in the email notification, the other field "If Parent selected, enter name of student:" is not added to the email notification yet, you may add the fields without re-doing the email notification, just add the fields from the right side in the wizard.
