Unable to access the attached file?
I'm assuming the max limit was exceeded because I cannot open the file. Can you help us out here?

We have reset a bandwidth limit for that file, so that you should be able to download it again. Please note that we have the following bandwidth restrictions:
Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 views (downloads).
Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 views (downloads).
*BANDWIDTH LIMIT: Number of times a user can download files stored in the account.
