JotForm as backend for password harvesting

    Hello,
    The phishers are at it again. This time is form 20533604771, that is being used
    as a backend for:
    http://matchphoto.webs.com/openwebmail.htm
    As usual, the password fields are being disguised as something else, in this case q6_info and q7_info are both used in the actual for as password fileds.
    Can someone ban this user? Phishing surely contravenes JotForm Acceptable Use policies.
