    Afternoon!

I have edited a Thank You page on one of our forms to redirect to a URL Thank You page. The saved Thank You message still shows after submitting and does not redirect to the URL found on the website.

    Redirect address: http://nationalemsacademy.com/thank-you

    Can y'all assist?

    Thanks!

    Kim

Are you still experiencing the issue?

Please, do let us know if you are able to be redirected to your custom URL as well.

    Kevin,

Good morning! The form should redirect to the link below after someone hits the submit button.

    http://nationalemsacademy.com/thank_you

The person submitting should also get an email confirmation with the same information.

Thanks so much for your help!

    Kimberly

    Hello Kimberly,

I checked the form and the custom URL is set properly. The reason your form is not redirected to http://nationalemsacademy.com/thank_you after submission is because of the condition that change the thank you page. You have to disable the condition for it to works.

Also the field you set the condition with is required (First Name) so the condition always met hence you never get redirected to the custom page but the message in the condition.

To send an email notification to the person submitting the form simply set an Autoresponder Notification. Here is how: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
