Hello,
We currently include prepaid shipping labels in all of our orders. However, people are not requesting return approval first before using these return labels. We are looking at finding a better procedure for processing returns. It may involve requiring more information on the return request but is there a way that a shipping label can be generated once a return request has been approved? Please share if there are better procedures that some of your other clients may be using with success.

Can you pleae check the Autoresponder E-mail
user guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Having the Autoresponder on the request form will allow confirmation email to be sent to the form respondent (submitter).
Please let us know if this will not work for your requirements.
