I have verified that we have WEB API enabled, yet it is still not connecting to salesforce. keeps saying that the name or pass word or key is incorrect or that im locked out. And all the information is corrent.
IS there another setting i need to check?

I have tested the integration and it is working on my end. Maybe you will need to get a new security token, take a look on this link, you will find the steps to get your security token: https://success.salesforce.com/answers?id=90630000000glADAAY.
