This if for a climbing gym. Every sunday at 10am they have a course. It can hold 10 people.

Is it possible to make a form where you enter your info and choose what course you want to attend within the next 5 weeks. And when the course is full it says so. When the course is passed you automatically get the opportunity to attend a new one 5 weeks ahead?

It would also be awesome if I could close a date when its a holiday.

I know about FORM LIMIT & Appointment slot but I haven't found a way to combine this with recurring events.

Thank you so much for your help :)

I think that the only way to achieve what you want is by using the Appointment slots widget, the same that you provided.

As far as I know it is the only one that allows to disable an option once it is filled, otherwise you will need to get the source code and create a custom Javscript code to validate the availability of the item.

Regarding to disable some dates, it is currently possible to do using the date time field, take a look on this guide to get further details about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/337-How-to-Use-the-Limit-Dates-feature-in-a-DateTime-field
