I setup a subscription payment in the paypal app but it will not show the subscription options on the page even though it shows it in the form. Not sure why this is happening.Page URL:

It is because you have one conditions that has an error, seems like you have deleted the field associated to that conditions then it is generating a conflict and as the conditions is never triggered your payment integration is not being displayed, please fix it and test your form again, the condition is shown below.
