Cant Download my Media and pdf and logos

Can not download the Media and Images and PDF'S attached to my form, in the option area download all media it comes up with an error can you please help me with this issue

I can't seem to replicate the issue you are having. I tried to download some of the files attached in your form and I was able to download them without any issue.

Perhaps you can try partially downloading the uploads based on a certain time-range. Simply follow this guide to learn how: How to Partially Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?

Simply click the "Download Uploads in Time Range" button as seen below.
