    its easy to sign up  but impossible to find out how to end this service...

    Your JotForm subscription is paid using Credit Card which is handled by Plimus. To downgrade the account please login to JotForm then click on Account Settings from the bottom of the page. The Account Settings will show you a 'Cancel' button click on this button and you will be redirected to Plimus website.

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.
    https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp?designId=1

    Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires

    If you have problems with this procedure let us know and we can cancel it for you.

    ok, i tried that route, password or user is not allowing me to do anything to stop this service and billing. I get into a loop of password or username is invalid. please so this for me cause i totally give up.
    my account number is 38297768 and username is
    13117806342881797945134
    I need to stop this billing immediately, been working on trying to do for hours. Nothing I tried works.
    please end this service and give me some peace of mind that jotform is not going to continue billing me.

    you know at some point in time you have to include a phone number to allow people to at the very least discontinue service. totally understand not have a number for the how to do this questions... but haven't you had enough legal problems lately? sorry, but this is almost looking like a scam, you can sign up but can't discontinue. my password and username are not working now- weird.

    As requested your subscription has been cancelled you will no longer be charged however the account will still remain Premium until the period you have paid for expire.
