I need to get a PDF from a form but I get the "

    Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

error. This has happened multiple times and it's a big problem. I need these images. How can I get them? Thank you

You received the Bandwidth Limit Exceeded error because the file you are trying to download has exceeded its limit. Small files that are less than 10 MB can be viewed/downloaded 100 times, while large files greater than 10 MB can be viewed/downloaded 10 times.

So far, the file you linked has exceeded the 100 download limit. But I have reset the limit counter to 0 so you should now be able to view/download the file. Please note that we can only do that once.

To prevent reaching the bandwidth limit quickly, I suggest you use third party file sharing/storage that we have integrations with, such as Dropbox or Google Drive. That way, you can view/download the files there without worrying about the bandwidth limit.
