I have set up a Get Response autoresponder and my API key has been authenticated but when a submission is submitted I am not receiving a message from the GetResponse autoresponder, any ideas? Mike

Can you please give us the URL of the form that you are using with GetResponse? It would also help if you let us know which fields of your form you are trying to map with GetResponse. You can send us a screenshot of how you configured the integration. Here's a guide on how to send screenshots to the forum: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?
In the meantime, perhaps you can try removing the integration and clearing your browser cache. Then retry the integration again and make sure that you have the correct credentials.

I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/60507619325152 and I see that is indeed using GetResponse integration. The integration did not show any visible problem within the Form Builder.
But I also check the Autoresponder E-mail setup on your form, and I see the setup like this
I suggest you do 2x modification on the Autoresponder and Save.
#1 Remove the Reply-to-Email value since it is unecessary on this setup.
#2 Change the Sender E-mail to email@example.com instead.
You may also want to redo the GetResponse integration after the modification.
Save the form and then test again.
Let us know if issue persist.
