I would like to known how can I activate my form, for some reasons it has been disabled.

Your account was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector tool. Our phishing detector tool are the one responsible for disabling or suspending the users/forms that are suspicious. It is possible that it was tag as suspicious was because of the language.
I will now re-activate your account. However, to avoid further suspension, I would recommend you to re-create your forms in English language. After that, please use the Language tool to select a default language. You need to do this as soon as possible or else your account will be suspended again.
