Can you help me to recover the files I deleted?

    I just deleted all the files, can you please help me to recover my files?

    Please please please that's really important to me.

    Did you deleted your submissions? 

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover deleted submissions.

    When trying to erase one submission we get a warning message saying it cannot be undone:

    You can try to check your email submissions and see if they are still available on your email. In case that you are previously exported them to CSV/Excel report you can import them back with import data tool.

    Next time before you delete your submission, I would suggest you to first download them. You can download submissions or data of your form into Excel, CSV and PDF format. For Excel, you can follow this guide:
