I switched to FireFox because Chrome was giving me issue however I am having issues with Firefox not saving my work.  The "save" button just continually turns but never saves.  Any suggestions?  The problem I had in Chrome was that I wasn't able to move the fields around except using the up/down buttons.  The drag and drop wasn't working and made it cumbersome to readjust my forms.  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated

    Thank you for contacting us.

Both Google Chrome and Firefox browsers are recommended at JotForm. It sounds like some JotForm content is not loading right in your browsers. In theory, it might be related to some security related software used on your network/computer which blocks the content.

We have an alternative site access link to bypasses our CDN. Could you please try it to see if that makes any difference on your side?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Using the link did not fix any of my issues in Google Chrome. The main problem I have is that I am not able to “edit” a field. Usually you can just click on the field and the setting button and the red X show up. Currently I have to hit a right click in the field to get these to come up. I am also not able to drag and drop fields either from the menu on the left or within the form. Using your link did not fix either of these issues. I am however able to do those things within Firefox. But Firefox keeps giving me the save issue, which has been extremely stressful as I am creating a form with extensive conditional formatting. If I can’t save what I’ve done then I have to redo it all. NOT FUN. Thanks.

While we can't reproduce this problem on our side, it might be specific on your browsers or network.

First, please try to clear your browser's cache and try it again.

If the issue persists, reset your browser settings https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en.

If none of the above helps, then there might be resources from JotForm that is blocked on your side as also mentioned by my colleague. If you have any other ISPs, you can try JotForm there. Furthermore, please open your browser console and check for file errors that are not loaded properly on your side. If you see errors, those are the files that need exemption or whitelisted in order for the form builder to work in your browser.

    Thanks!
