This isnt a log at all. I need access to the actual log that will tell us what is causing the email to fail.

Since we do not currently collect the exact SMTP error messages, I am attaching a ticket to this thread and escalating it to our Development Team.

There is no ETA for when it will be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates.

Mike, You have been telling us this all week. Nothing has been fixed at all!

There is a big chance that there are no any major issues with our custom SMTP sender method.

I have just run two tests, one with @hotmail and the second one with @mandrill based SMTP senders, both submission emails were properly delivered via configured SMTPs.

Please re-check this forum thread and make sure that provided SMTP details are correct, and your SMTP server is not declining our authentication attempts (with username and password provided in your SMTP settings at JotForm).

Mike, How come you keep saying there is a chance there is nothing wrong here? Have you looked at our logs? Our submission emails worked fine for months. I am talking 50-100 a day. Then a week ago they stopped and every one of them is failing? This is the reality here buddy. We've checked the SMTP setting over and over again. We had Microsoft check the settings over and over again. Your own team checked the settings. They are correct. Please move on from denying the problem and work on getting it fixed!

I understand. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this is already causing you. I see that my manager has already escalated your concern on this link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/787473. Please refer to that one instead.
