Label questions: personalize them by using values from other text fields.

Please see what I am trying to do in the form listed below.  I want the form questions to be populated with a name entered earlier in the form.

I checked your form, and that field {employeeBeing:first} can not transfer values to radio field title in that way.

What could be a possible solution is to delete that title of radio buttons and put Text instead, please check this instruction that I created:

I did only for first section of radio buttons, but you can do it in the same way for other sections.
