Please see what I am trying to do in the form listed below.  I want the form questions to be populated with a name entered earlier in the form.

    Hello there,

I checked your form, and that field {employeeBeing:first} can not transfer values to radio field title in that way.

What could be a possible solution is to delete that title of radio buttons and put Text instead, please check this instruction that I created:

I did only for first section of radio buttons, but you can do it in the same way for other sections.

Please let me know if this works for you or if you have any additional questions.

    Best regards.

    Hi JotForm Team.

In line with the gist of the original thread, I would like to make a Feature Request to enable / allow the use of {field tags} inside all widget's title section to make the questions more personalized based on the user's previous responses.

It is noted that there won't be any guarantee that this request will be granted.

    Hi,

This has now been implemented.  It is now possible to reference other fields in field labels.  Reference as so: {fieldname}.  You can find a field's name buy right clicking on the field and selecting "Edit Properties".

Please let us know if you have any problems or questions.

    Regards,

    Nicholas
