The site does not work and the form from your website on my page is sideways.

Have you been hacked or something?

Then is the issue will be resoved?

I will await a reply asap as your form / form on the website is used for lead generation and I am loosing business with these issues as you probably can assume.

I have checked your website, and your form is loading correctly on my end. This was in Firefox:

Could you please provide a screenshot of how it is appearing on your end, so that we can try figure out what might be causing it? As our forum software can't accept inline images sent through email, I would ask you to please open this thread directly in your browser and attach an image by following these instructions.

Since the form is loading fine in my tests, could you also please try it on another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and see if the issue may be limited only to your primary browser?
