    How do you include your signature in the form before you email it out?

    I created a form that I need my interviewees to sign.  My signature needs to be included in this contract and I don't know how to add it to the form before emailing it.

    You can actually customize the email notification on your preferences. So you can probably insert an image of your signature on it.
