Not Receiving Emails

    Good day


    I have just created this account for a client and created a form as well. Email Notification confirming the creation of the account was not received. We are also not receiving test or verification emails. One of the client's email addresses can receive from Jotform emails but doesn't. Jotform has already been whitelisted.


    Please assist.
