In the reply email to the applicant, how can I ensure that the essay upload is included?

Asked by BrendaNeal on March 06, 2016 at 03:39 PM

In the applicants reply email for the college essay submission, it appears that the file is not shown so it appears that the essay did not attach from the applicant perspective  Can you advise how I can fix this.  It seems to be OK for high school student

You can set the upload field for High School and College Student Essay as required so that the student won't be able to submit the from if the essay is not yet uploaded.

The name of the attached file should appear near the upload button once a file has been attached.

Hi Christine,  I am not quite sure that I understand.  Only one essay is required.  If the applicant is a senior in high school...then the high school essay is required. IF the applicant is a current college student, then the college essay is required.  So I can't make them both required.

You can use conditional logic to require a field based on another field's input or selection, example:
