Autogeneration of a link in response emails

    hi

    im building my form, and i need to make a responce button in one of the emails that gets auto generated..

     

    Can your forms do this

    I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. As I check your JotForm and the emails setup on your JotForm, I understand that you want to send a notification to your customer after completing the order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to trigger only the email notification from the email. However, a workaround can be having a separate option to choose if the order is complete, and when the submission is edited a different notification can be triggered based on the new option selected.

    I've cloned your JotForm to my account and made the following changes.

    1. Added a section for your internal use

    2. Setup a condition to display Order Status when employee code is entered.

    3. Setup another condition to trigger email when Complete is selected as Order Status.

    {email} is the field name of email address field on the form.

    Once the form is submitted again after choosing the relevant option, the email notification (Notification 3 in this case) shall be sent to the user email address.

    Please be noted that the notifications with conditions will be sent only when the condition set is true.

    4. You can have the Form submission edit link in the email body of the notification that will be received by your employee who can make the changes to the submission.
