I used https instead of http submission. My account reached the 10 https submission so "Over quota" is mentionned.
I changed the link for my customers to respond with no secure submission, but it still not working... but I still have 90 responses left in this mode....
I duplicate the forms, but it still doesn't work.
how to do ???
I don't want a premium count, because it's only this period of survey, not for all year.

I have reset your SSL count back to 5 and reactivated your account.
I can only do this once, its your responsibility to ensure that only non-SSL forms are distributed.
Your form at http://www.cap-facility.fr/questionnaire-en-ligne/ is using an non-secure URL.
