Removing the Postal/Zip Code in the Address Field Quick Tools

Your post is incomplete. The subject only says "postal". Are you referring to the Postal Code field in the Address Quick Tools? Would you like to disable it? 

If yes, then please select the field and then click the "Fields" button in the top toolbar. Here in the dropdown, you can disable or enable fields in the Address field.

Sorry, it should have referred to how to turn off validation for the postcode as it won’t recognise uk or us post or zip code.
I have made it a text box now
