Form not found: Autosuspended

    Hi!

    When I go to "Preview" appears the following message:

    The form is active.

    What's the problem?

    Your account was suspended automatically by our phishing detector tool. It is because the form is asking details like username and email. It also has "Login" word as a title. This is considered phishing and violates our terms of use.
