Forms not showing on Facebook

Hello there,

for quite a while now I have forms on my Facebook pages but they do not seem to be showing when I click on the app links. Please take a look at some of my forms on these pages and I will appreciate if someone can explain what I am doing wrong.

As I check the links provided here, I see that the forms are displayed normally without any issue.

Well, this is embarrassing because I have tried it on so many computers around me and it doesn't come up. But thank you for pointing this out regardless. 

Could you try opening the forms or facebook pages using a private/incognito window on your PC to see if that works? You may also force the browser to clear the webpage cache by pressing Ctrl+F5 while the page is loaded in the browser. Please check and let us know if the issue still persists.

Done that already. Still doesn't show. Probably it's an IP restriction thing. But I have also tried it on various internet connections and also various computers. This is becoming frustrating because now I am sounding just like someone who doesn't know what he is saying, as you can clearly see the forms and I can't 😒

Are you able to login to your JotForm account and see the list of forms available in your account to edit them? Please try opening the forms below using the direct link and let us know if the forms are viewed normally.

I've also whitelisted your IP address. If the forms are viewed normally using the direct link, they should be viewed on Facebook as well.
