Hello...is is possible to download a visual report or is it strictly for printing? I do not wish to have it available on a website, rather just to send a copy to a few individuals via email. Also, there is a Save Reoprt button. To where does it save the report?
Just want to say also that I am new to JotForm and have been very pleased with my forms and their function. Thank you for providing an excellent product and service!

Let me please inform you that we do not have a Download button for Visual Reports. However, you can use a Print to PDF option in Google Chrome browser in order to get the Visual Report PDF file.
Mentioned Save Report button is just saving your changes, it does not save the file.
Thank you for your kind words! Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Thank you very much for the information! I actually have discovered one problem. On one of my forms the submit button does not show when viewed on a couple of devices using Safari. I have made a number of adjustments to the page thinking that perhaps I needed to create more space, but it has not helped. I moved the buttons to the left on my forms. I can actually see the button flash when I refresh the page, but then it disappears.
Also, on two application forms I have added the Print Form button next to the Submit and, while the Submit shows in Safari on those, the Print does not. I am seeing that the forms are definitely left justified in Safari where they are centerd in IE.
Can you please help? The missing submit button is on this page... http://www.motorcitygreyhoundrescue.org/home_page.html

For the missing submit button on Safari:
Can you please try giving your table cell an explicit height?
- aklettnerAnswered on February 23, 2012 at 08:52 PM
I have been trying that and am sorry to say that it is not helping. Presently cell is set at 25% width and 250 pixel height, although I have been trying a number of configurations. The odd thing is that everytime I reload the page the button shows for a second and then it is gone.

I think re-embedding your form using iFrame code would help. Please try that and let us know if this doesn't help. Thank you so much!

Great now! Oddly, Safari was fine, but the button suddenly moved to a different place when accessed through IE and the preview buttons on JotForm were showing different formats. After a lot of head scratching I tinkered with the form itself and now all seems good!
Thank you all for your patience and help!!! I'm learning. Could you answer one last question for me please? I am trying to stay on .us as I was instructed, but the JotForm website and the form codes all keep flipping to .com. Does this matter? I just keep going back to .us and keep all my forms coded to .us for consistency's sake.

It doesnt really matter, and this may muddy the water even further, but as a paying subscriber you are recommended to use form.jotformpro.com for your form embeds.

Clear as mud! OK, I will not worry about it. Thanks again for everything!
