Hello mahesh123,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that you are trying to embed form in your Facebook page? Please let us know the facebook page URL and we will take a look.

If you want to embed your form in your webpage, you may like to take a look at the following guides which should help you:

I too am having issues with publishing my form. When I click on the Publish button either while editing the form or from the drop down on the My Forms page nothing happens so I am unable to obtain links to the form.
