Form embedded on Squarespace is not being displayed properly on mobile devices.

    Hi there,

    first of all great product!

    now, my Squarespace form is embedded here:

    http://www.safezone24.com/communitywatch

    and we are experiencing some weird bugs such as

    1. form collapse won't work on mobile, looks great on demo but not in real life phone (doesn't show at all)

    2. we removed the collapse since it didn't show - and the Submit button is gone...

     

    please help..

    I tested your form and it is working, but I was unable to find it on your website. Could you please provide us the link where you have embedded it? 

    Which embed method are you using? 

    I would suggest you to use the iFrame code if possible: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. 

    Please, provide us the email, we will take a look to find what is causing you the issue.
