May be impossible, but would make responding to these messages a little easier for me if there was a way to include the e-mail that the user enters in the field in the actual "From" field of the e-mail.
I've been having to respond to these on the road a lot lately and copying, deleting the email@example.com and pasting the user's e-mail is a bit tedious. Quite a few times, I forget to paste their e-mail up top, and 3 days later I get a 'delayed response' or 'delivery failed' message after thinking I answered someone's question about a show 2 days ago.

If I understand you correctly, you would like to reply directly to the user that filled in the form. If I am mistaken, please let me know so we may give you a better answer.
In the email setting, you will see the option REPLY-TO EMAIL. Just select the email field you wish to reply to. Once you reply the email, it will automatically have the users email address in the TO field.
Please let us know if this helps.
