I'm having some serious issues with the encryption key. As a result I would like to no longer encrypt any documents. Could you please provide the instructions?  In addition, I have two forms that were sent using encrypted forms and I can no longer read them. Could you please provide some assistance? Thanks.

Encrypted Forms can be set up for individual forms, or for all forms within your account. To set up Encrypted Forms for individual forms simple select form preferences, then the option to encrypt the form.

By clicking on the Accounts page you can designate all future forms to be encrypted.

Disable the option from both places.

As far previously encrypted data, you will need your old key to recover the submissions.  Clearing your browsers cache/cookies should allow you to upload the key once again from the submission view.  If you do not have your old key, unfortunately, the data associated with that key is likely lost.
