Email Alerts link broken?

Hello,

I use to be able to set up email alerts, but when I click the button nothing pops up to begin the set-up. I have tried on two different computers, two different browsers. 

Any advice?

This problem was fixed according to our developers. If the Email alerts button is still not working on your end, please let us know.
