I have had a LOT of pending submissions lately. Some of them are from people who have registered for my classes many times before and swear they haven't done anything differently this time. Do you know what the reason for this might be?? Registrations are getting lost and people are thinking they've signed up for classes but payment hasn't gone through and I haven't received the form confirmation email.
Please help me understand what the problem might be!

Incomplete Payment means that the customer might have aborted the payment process or there was something wrong with his/her credit card details and Paypal failed to process it successfully.
