The JotForms we have on our website are no longer visible and people cannot make payments due to this. When I click on the "View Forms" button for each one, I am getting an ERROR response saying that the form has exceeded its allocated quota... What do we do to get these back up and running ASAP??? Thank you!

I checked form on your website but was not able to reproduce the error you mentioned above. As you can see bellow is a screenshot of the form under the URL you provide.
If there is other form you are having the problem with let us know so we can do a troubleshoot on it.
