passing data to second form without using submissions

my order form consists of several forms that pass data to one another. i'm wondering if there is a way to pass that data to the final checkout form without using up so many extra submissions. i don't actually need that data submitted or saved in Jotform. it just needs to be passed to the next form.

i'd appreciate any advice or examples you might have for this because each order is using up between 3-5 submissions depending on their selections and quickly using up my quota.

If you do not wish to delete automatically your submission you may use our auto delete submissions app. Once the form is submitted the data will be removed from our servers. Please note that you will not be able to recover the information.

If you have any other question or issue, please let us know.

as far as i can tell, deleting submissions only frees up storage space. it does not clear my monthly quota for submissions. i have 1000 submissions included in my plan. passing values through multiple forms before checkout uses a lot of this up. please re-read my question and answer appropriately.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, you are right, the app will only delete the submission but will not reset the counter. This get reset the first of every month. As soon the the form is submitted, that will count. Unfortunately, there is no way to manually reset you submission counter until the first of the month.
