Can we filter the top 3 choices?

Hello!

I have 13 standard questions to score on a scale from 1-7

I need to deliver specific results (text) based on their top 3

I tried the Orderable List Widget but users found it to tedious/confusing to rank that many sentences

Ideal outcome

They rank each of the 13 on a scale from 1-7 on page 1

Page 2 is populated if there is a tie for the top 3 that asks them to pick number 1,2,3

- IE "Please chose your top three from the options below"

or Page 2 would have the Orderable List Widget where the text get input from the selection on page 1

If there is no tie for the top 3 then it just proceeds

Is there any way to do this?

I have tried calculations and different field types, but unfortunately, I have not found anything that can automatically filter the top selections.
