The last notification I received was on Feb 24th. We have not changed any settings since then. The emails should be going to email@example.com.
If you would please look into this and let me know what is going on or if they are being sent and we are just not getting them. Thanks!

It appears that your email address was added in our bounce list, which is why you are not getting any email notifications. I have now removed the address from the list so you should be able to receive new notifications.
You can also check on your end if an email address is in the bounce list. Simply follow this guide to learn how: How to remove your email address from bounce list
